Unser Appartement befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus (1910-1915) und bietet mit ca. 95 m² Wohnfläche ausreichend Platz Platz für 2 - 7 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, eine Einbauküche, Bad und Gäste-WC.

Sie wohnen direkt in der Innenstadt Geras und können von hier aus die Fußgängerzone, Arcaden, den Geraer Marktplatz sowie Restaurants und Museen bequem erreichen. Eine direkte Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel besteht ebenfalls.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a renovated old building from 1910 - 1915. It accommmodates 2 - 7 individuals in four rooms with about 95 m² living space. You are living in downtown Gera and you can get to the pedestrian zone, the mall, the town square as well as restaurants and museums in no time. The next tram station is located close to the building.
